Charles Seamen

Charles Seamen

Operations/HOA Manager

Charles has spent nearly 20 years managing homeowner associations with excellence. He cites his prior experience as a journeyman electrician and a project manager of manufacturing automation control systems for his enthusiasm in seeing a project through to completion.

Through his years in HOA management, he has guided many boards through developing governing documents, all the way to amending them when needed. His industry knowledge is an invaluable resource to our communities.

Outside of work, he is an avid collector of western & cowboy art. Charles also enjoys spending time with his family, and volunteering with community and charitable projects.

Josh  Beaupre

Josh Beaupre

HOA Manager

Josh Beaupre brings a unique perspective to his role as an HOA Manager. He has nearly a decade of experience serving on an HOA board. There he learned the challenges all board members encounter as they conduct the often-unappreciated mission of overseeing their community.

Prior to joining Allied HOA Management, Josh worked as an assistant vice president at Citi in the auto finance division. Outside of work, he spends time with his family and a group of close friends who enjoy great food and good company

Mary Ann Frytz

HOA Manager

Mary Ann Frytz started out in real estate as a commercial property manager and has worked the last nine years in HOA management. She has guided many communities from a developer’s concept to a fully functioning community complete with an efficient and competent board.

She loves to travel and has visited many of the Caribbean islands, to date.

Kamaile brings 15 years’ experience in management and outstanding customer service to her role as an HOA manager. Outside of work, Kamaile is studying to be a pianist and vocalist. She enjoys traveling and experiencing diverse traditions and cultures.
